And that's something that I had never expected. Thanks to a few American Youtubers, such as Chef John (Food Wishes), or Babish, among others, this dish has started to be popularized in the States and it's time for me to also show you a (better) recipe, and that's the version of French Star Lenôtre

It's a great way to use Cherries, which is not too used in pastry, and so for you, Cherries lovers, here's a dish you need to bake !

It's really so simple and so delicious... trust me, and trust all American youtubers who have tried this, you've got to taste clafoutis once in your life !

2 Tablespoons Sugar (25 grams)

2 teaspoons of Cherry Liquor (Kirsch)

3 Eggs. ⅓ Cup or 150 grams

4 Tablespoons Sugar (50 grams)

⅓ Cup Almond Flour (30 grams)

1 ¾ Cup Milk (400 grams)

1 pinch of Salt

 For the dish

2 Tablespoons Sugar (25 grams)

2 Tablespoons Butter (30 grams)

1 lbs 5 oz Cherries (605 grams)

2.4 teaspoons of Cherry Liquor (Kirsch)
