Here's a gourmet quiche ! One of my favorites
Fine flavors, with salmon, leeks and other fine ingredients



A French recipe that is not complicated. We first cook in the pan to precook the veggies (and dehydrate them) and develop their flavors, before we assemble and bake the quiche in the oven

A good quiche I make for myself and also for my friends when they come over, this quiche is a different way to offer fish on the table

A few notes...
A few notes to succeed this recipe:
● Nothing too complicated in this recipe. Make sure to buy quality ingredients !
● For the dough, you may use a quiche dough, or a puff dough, or as I did, puff dough trimmings
● When cooking the salmon in the pan, make sure to just sizzle briefly, to avoid the salmon to dry !
