Here's a gourmet quiche ! One of my favorites
A French recipe that is not complicated. We first cook in the pan to precook the veggies (and dehydrate them) and develop their flavors, before we assemble and bake the quiche in the oven
A good quiche I make for myself and also for my friends when they come over, this quiche is a different way to offer fish on the table

● When cooking the salmon in the pan, make sure to just sizzle briefly, to avoid the salmon to dry !
